FieldPulse Maverick

FieldPulse announcement, October 15, 2026 · AI Agents & Automation

FieldPulse says Maverick is included on the base subscription for office teams.

On October 15, 2026, FieldPulse announced Maverick, an AI assistant inside FieldPulse. The company says it is included in the base subscription, with no per-user fee and no message cap, and that it can help book work, find records, stage estimates for a person to approve, and answer questions about revenue and unpaid invoices. Nothing is changed in the account until a person approves it, according to FieldPulse. Treat that as the vendor's claim and confirm it on a demo with your own data.

ServiceTitan Max

ServiceTitan press release, October 6, 2026 · Scheduling & Dispatch

ServiceTitan says Max is now available to every residential in-home contractor.

On October 6, 2026, ServiceTitan announced at Pantheon that its AI Max package is available to every residential in-home contractor, and that a limited Max pilot is opening for commercial and roofing customers. The company described agents that work across the field and the office, plus an Atlas mobile app and Homh, a consumer demand product. Roofing Contractor's October 12 coverage described roofing-specific agents for claims, production, and subcontractors as still in development. This is an expansion of AI inside software many larger businesses already run, not a new standalone app.

JobNimbus Analytics

JobNimbus announcement via EIN Presswire, October 8, 2026 · Project Management

JobNimbus says Analytics is on every plan, and Analytics AI is a paid add-on.

On October 8, 2026, JobNimbus announced Analytics for roofing and exterior contractors. The company says the base Analytics dashboards and reports are included on every plan, that Analytics AI is a paid add-on for asking questions in plain language, and that Analytics Enterprise adds multi-location rollups. We are not publishing the add-on price because JobNimbus did not state a dollar figure in the announcement. The product page is https://www.jobnimbus.com.

Deep dive: start with the assistant inside the FSM

FieldPulse's Maverick announcement is the cleanest example this week of the pattern that matters for a small business. The assistant sits on data the company already entered, and FieldPulse says a person still approves changes. That is a better first test than a brand-new voice bot pointed at your main number. If you are already on FieldPulse, ask them to show Maverick on a copy of your account: a real unpaid-invoice question, a real booking, and what happens when the assistant is wrong. If you are on Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan, ask the same question of the AI those products already ship before you add another login.

Stack tip: one system of record, then the gap

Pick the field-service or accounting system you already pay for and turn on its AI before you buy a specialist. Add a specialist only for a gap that system does not cover, usually missed calls, measurement, or review requests. Write down the gap in one sentence before you take a demo. 'We miss after-hours calls' is a buying reason. 'We should probably use more AI' is not.
