When we refund, how to cancel, and how long it takes.

Launch Spotlight $99 one-time
- Full refund any time before your mention is published.
- Full refund if we decline your tool, or can't run the mention within 4 weeks of payment.
- No refund once the mention is published.
- No refund if we remove the mention because you broke our Terms.
Sponsored spot $49 per month
- Cancel anytime. Your spot stays up until the end of the month you've paid for, then billing stops.
- No refunds for partial months.
- If we remove your spot for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused days.
- No refund if we remove your spot because you broke our Terms.
- We'll email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal.
Business Review $750
- Paid up front when you book the call.
- Full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before the call.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before? We'll reschedule once for free, with no penalty.
- No refund for a no-show or after the call has been held.
- If you move forward with setup, the $750 counts toward it.
Setup and custom agent work is quoted separately. Its refund terms are in the written proposal you approve.
2.How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email hello@toolbeltindex.com from the address you paid with, and say which plan it is. We'll reply within one business day.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
If something went wrong, please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll fix it.
