Yelp press release via Business Wire, October 20, 2026 · Lead Generation
Yelp says Smart Lead Reply will answer and qualify Request a Quote leads for $30 per month, rolling out next month.
On October 20, 2026, Yelp announced its Fall Product Release. For service businesses, the main item is Smart Lead Reply, an AI agent that Yelp says will reply right after a customer submits a Request a Quote project, answer questions, gather project details, qualify the lead and share a scheduling link. Yelp says it rolls out next month for $30 per month to businesses in eligible categories, naming movers, roofers, plumbers, home cleaners, contractors and electricians. Yelp did not say whether the $30 sits in addition to an ad budget, and it published no accuracy figures, so ask before you turn it on. The same release adds direct booking on Yelp through ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro, and lead sync with Jobber and Workiz. Jobber posted its side the same day: Yelp Request a Quote leads now land in Jobber as new requests, with duplicate matching and tracking in the Marketing Dashboard (https://productupdates.getjobber.com/160942-sync-your-yelp-leads-to-jobber-automatically).
